Summary
- Free cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Between 7 and 2 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 48 hours before, no-show or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
The reference time for calculations is the Hotel’s local time (CET/CEST, Europe/Madrid time zone).
1. Deadlines and charges
Unless the specific offer booked states otherwise (for example, non-refundable rates or special promotions), the following table applies:

Where a deposit has been paid, the charge will be deducted from it. If the charge exceeds the deposit, the Customer must pay the difference. If the deposit exceeds the charge, the difference will be refunded through the same payment method originally used.
2. Non-refundable rates
Certain offers and promotions (expressly identified as “non-refundable rate”, “advance purchase offer” or similar) may involve full payment at the time of booking and do not allow cancellation or refund. Specific conditions will be clearly stated before confirmation.
3. Booking changes
Changes to dates are subject to availability and to the rate applicable to the new requested period. The Hotel will try to accommodate changes without penalty provided they are notified at least 7 days in advance of the original arrival date.
4. How to cancel or change a booking
The Customer may request cancellation or modification through any of the following channels:

- Phone: +34 985 76 43 19, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Through the third-party booking channel originally used (Booking, Expedia, etc.), if applicable.
The request will take effect once the Hotel confirms its receipt in writing.
5. Cancellation by the Hotel
The Hotel may cancel a booking without penalty to the Customer in the event of:
- Force majeure (natural events, prolonged utility outages, administrative closures, etc.).
- Inability to provide the service for reasons not attributable to the Customer.
In such cases, the Hotel will fully refund all amounts paid or, with the Customer’s consent, offer alternative accommodation of equivalent or higher category.
6. Bookings through third-party platforms
If the booking was made through external platforms (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb or other agencies), the cancellation conditions stated by that platform will prevail, and may differ from those described here. Please review those conditions at the time of booking.
7. Consumer protection
This policy applies without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by current legislation on consumer and user protection, and by the Principality of Asturias’ tourism regulations.
